This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and it stores nothing in your browser. The contact page carries two forms — a 30-minute call request and a general message. They collect what you type into them: your name, your email address and your message, plus, where the field is offered, company, phone number, preferred time and subject. Submissions are delivered by email to our own mailbox on the server that hosts this site; no third-party form service is involved. Alongside the message we receive the time of sending, the page it was sent from, your IP address and your browser user agent, which we use to recognise and block automated abuse. If you write to us by email instead, we process your address and the content of your message in the same way.
Enquiries stay in our mailbox as ordinary business correspondence for as long as the matter requires and for any statutory retention period that applies, and are deleted afterwards. The short-lived abuse-prevention record that limits how often one connection can submit a form holds only a one-way hash of the IP address and expires within an hour.
Our hosting provider records standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested resource, referrer and user agent — for the secure and reliable operation of the site. These logs are kept for the period set by the provider’s standard policy and are not combined with other data or used to profile visitors.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a font is requested, your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver the file. No other third-party service is embedded in this site.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and in responding to enquiries addressed to us, and on the necessity of processing to answer a request made by you.
Where the GDPR applies you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and you may object to processing. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to info@vectumx.com and we will respond within the statutory period.
